This week we welcomed TFL to our school to educate the Year 6’s about safety when taking public transport. They learnt some vital rules including: standing back your equivalent body height and 1 step when waiting for the bus; to always carry a ZIP card and never share ZIP cards; offering seats to priority passengers and standing against the wall when waiting for the tube. The workshop was very informative as well as interactive and the children are now educated in travelling independently for the future!
