On Saturday 17th, some of our Year 5 and Year 6 children enjoyed a successful cross country event at Reigate Priory Park. Everyone who attended took part enthusiastically and made the most of the experience – it was fantastic atmosphere! Year 5 runners from Willow were: Lily and Aidan; from Hazel were Giorgia and Phoebe and Ted and from Sycamore were Milena and Rex. Year 6 runners from Oak were: Bea, Sophie and Kerim; from Larch was Amani and from Beech were Frankie and Gideon. Year 5 completed a 1.6km lap and Year 6 completed a 2km lap and although no one placed,we all of the runners had a great time and represented the school with pride. A big thank you to Ms Ahmed who was throughout the event supporting the children and cheering them on and helping to make it such a positive and memorable event.
