This week Year 2 have become habitat detectives. We have found out what a habitat is and that there are different types of habitat. Discovering together we explored polar, woodland, rainforest, urban, desert and ocean habitats. We learned about what each habitat is like and which animals you might find there. Using this knowledge we worked in groups to design and make habitat boxes for each of these habitats. Can you guess which each one is?
