The hall was buzzing with excitement this week as our talented Year 3 students took to the stage twice for their highly anticipated Easter performance. The shows were filled with joy, laughter, and a few “proud parent” tears as the children delivered a show to remember!
The show saw some small but familiar faces take to the stage as the children acted as our staff preparing for the Easter performance. The children wowed the audience with their energy, stage presence, performance skills and confidence. Learning a script is no small feat, yet the children delivered their lines flawlessly, bringing the story of Easter to life with real character.
The singing was nothing short of spectacular. We were treated to spirited renditions of Easter classics, including a high-energy performance of ‘Spring Chicken’. The highlights didn’t stop at the singing… During the ‘Chocolate Song’, the children delighted the audience by heading into the crowd to hand out Easter treats. The interactive spirit continued as the whole room joined together for a moving and powerful finale of ‘He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands’, with parents and teachers singing along in harmony.
We are so proud of our fantastic Year 3 children!
We wish all our families a wonderful, chocolate-filled Easter break!
