Today, our reception classes had an unforgettable and very exciting visit from the local police! The children were buzzing with curiosity, asking insightful questions about how the police keep us safe, how they drive their cars and motorbikes so fast, and—of course—all about their clever police dogs. The room was full of smiles as we explored real equipment and tried on uniforms; Avery even noted that “the jacket is quite heavy!” The excitement reached a peak when we headed outside to see the police car in action. The officers showed us the flashing blue lights and turned on the sirens, which were incredibly loud and thrilling for everyone. We are so grateful for the visit, which has inspired many of our students to grow up and become police officers themselves!
