Recently we have been celebrating our fantastic Year 6 with a series of events to make their last weeks at Ecclesbourne memorable.
This week, the children had a ball at the barbecue and disco event where they had several helpings of burgers and hot dogs before dancing their socks off in the hall.
They took photos with their friends in the photo booth, with some children becoming quite attached to the wigs and props! Mr Santos provided the tunes and the children ended the disco belting out their favourite song – the closing number from Bugsy Malone!
Thank you to Mr Winborn and Mr Hamilton for cooking up a feast on the barbecue and to all the adults who stayed for the evening to celebrate with the children. A wonderful time was had by all!
