This week Reception have started our new ‘To the Rescue!’ topic where we will be learning all about the incredible people who help us. We have kicked off the topic with the book ‘Emergency!’ by Margaret Mayo. The story has several different types of vehicles that are used by the emergency services and this inspired us to have a go at creating our own! The children used recycled materials to make their fantastic creations over several days. I think you can agree that they’ve done a fantastic job!
