We arrived at nursery one morning this week to find that someone had made a mess! We used our detective skills by measuring a footprint that had been left behind to work out who had made the mess. It was Goldilocks! We then enjoyed reading the book Goldilocks and the Three Bears. We have been printing with forks to create bear faces and making puppets to retell the story. In maths we have been comparing sizes, matching big, middle and small sized objects from the story. In science we investigated the texture of porridge oats, bravely eating warm and cold porridge. Can you guess which type we liked? We have also enjoyed the sun making a visit his week and have experimented with the shadows we can make on the floor.
