We have been reading the story book ‘Peace at Last’ in Gold Class over the last couple of weeks. The children have really immersed themselves in the story and are excellent at remembering the sounds and repeated refrains. It is lovely to see all the blossoming friendships as the children continue to settle in well to their new surroundings. The children have been busy finishing off the artwork for our ‘Owl Babies’ display board. The children have also met ‘Timmy the Tryosaur’ who encourages us to always try our best and not to give up! It was lovely to see so many children dressed in red today!
