This week in nursery we have been reading the story book ‘Mouse Paint’ by Ellen Stoll Walsh. We have been using the three primary colours; red, blue and yellow to make different colours. The children have been exploring colour mixing and have learnt what two colours to mix so that they can make purple, orange and green.
We have also been busy preparing for Christmas by decorating our tree, making our hats and practising for our Christmas performance!
In maths we have been revisiting some learning we have done so far such as shapes, sorting and numbers.
