Year 1 and 2 children have enjoyed an exciting poetry workshop this week, inspiring them to enter the Pegasus Academy Trust Poetry Competition. Children are invited to write a poem about summer and include some humour, demonstrating they can perform their poem with prosody and enthusiasm. We are really proud of Year 1 and 2 for their efforts – we have some budding poets in our midst!
