Today our newly-elected wellbeing ambassadors held their inaugural meeting facilitated by Mrs Roberts. They looked at the first part of Place 2 Be’s mental health and wellbeing toolkit which is about sharing love for self and others. The group decided that they wanted to spread the love by making the following arrangements for Comic Relief:
– On Friday, 15th March, Ecclesbourne pupils and staff will be wearing red and are invited to bring £1 which will be donated to Place 2 Be to help them continue their vital work supporting children’s mental health.
– The Wellbeing Ambassadors would like to raise awareness that physical activity is a great way to feel good about ourselves. To promote this, there will be a rather exciting netball match taking place on Red Nose Day – EPS netball team vs the teachers!
