CYPRESS: Farewell from Mrs Carpenter

Dear Cypress families,

It has been the highlight of my teaching career to have served such a welcoming, caring and motivated community.

I will dearly miss all of our wonderful Cypress children: their lightbulb moments, the funny anecdotes, thoughtful conversations and playful curiosity. It really is a beautiful thing within a wider society, that can seem at times to have lost its way. What you have here is magic: extraordinary children, dedicated staff, who go above and beyond, families who invest in the outcomes of not just their own children, but all families at our school. This is why people love Cypress – our community members respect and really care about one another.

You may see me on the school run over the next few weeks, so it’s not a firm goodbye yet, but if I don’t see you, it has been a pleasure and I wish you, and all of our families the very best.

Mrs Carpenter

Head of School (Upper)
