Mrs Baldry bowled us over with her wealth of knowledge when she delivered her assembly to the whole school yesterday. Her assembly celebrated the achievements of many inspirational British Black figures such as Marcus Rashford, Benjamin Zephaniah, Walter Tull and Paul Stephenson . She also showed us the vast range of new books we have in school, written by black authors. Her assembly delivered a message of celebration and inclusivity which was enjoyed by all.
