What a fantastic first week the children have had in Nursery! It has been lovely to welcome new and old faces to our Nursery classroom each morning.
This week, the children have been learning each other’s names through playing games and they have already made lots of new friends! Carpet time has been filled with lots of songs and the children have enjoyed singing along. Some children were brave enough to stand at the front of the classroom to sing by themselves!
The Nursery children are quick learners and have impressed the adults by already knowing the routines! They have loved exploring and playing this week particularly in our brand-new water trays. Messy play is a clear class favourite! The creative table has been a hot spot with children creating junk model caterpillars, painting pictures for loved ones and practising cutting skills.
