Become an ECT with the Pegasus Academy Trust?

Following a successful audit of our ‘in house’ training provision, the staff development team at the Pegasus Academy Trust have been given the green light to manage our own training for both first and second year ECTs from September 2024.  This continues our long standing tradition of ‘growing our own’ teachers who are inducted in an established methodology for teaching the Pegasus way with the support of the staff development team and mentors in each scholl.
