On Tuesday evening we were thrilled to welcome Levi Roots to Ecclesbourne! Local charity ‘Pamper Indulge and Give‘ hosted a family cooking event with Chef Zena Kamgaing supported by Chefs Dan and Morad from our catering company Harrisons. 20 families joined the event and made flatbread, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, got messy making blackberry crumble and worked together as a family to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal of coconut and red lentil dhal. All the children enjoyed tasting new foods and learning more about the ingredients. Levi Roots came to visit and spoke to children and families as they were preparing food.
