CYP Lower: Spring, Seve and Summer Term Fun in Little Cypress!
How incredible to think that we are now in the Summer Term!
For those parents who will be applying for a reception place for their child for September 2026 we have arranged a series of visits so that they can look around the schools with senior staff.
If you wish to view a school please see here for the available dates. Obviously we have to limit numbers so only parents/carers who have booked will be able to attend.
How incredible to think that we are now in the Summer Term!
We’d like to wish Seve a very happy 2nd birthday! Everyone at Cypress loves Seve and he had a paw-sitively fantastic day celebrating with his friends, enjoying extra cuddles and treats.
It hardly seems possible that we have now reached the last day of the Spring Term!
What a fantastic half term we have had at Cypress Primary School!
The Green Project are running free gardening sessions at Bensham Manor Allotments for parents and children during the Easter Holidays.
In Year 3, we have started our new thematic topic, Like a Rolling Stone.
Parents at Cypress will have heard by now that we are introducing a new way of reporting absence and communicating with the school via an app called ‘Studybugs’.
What a fabulous week we have had in the Early Years at Cypress Lower!
Spring has sprung this week and everyone at Cypress has been working hard to produce some amazing learning this week.
Thank you to those who attended our Coffee Morning on Thursday 23rd March.
At the Upper School, we began the week with a visit from Margaret Bateson-Hill.
Wow – what an action-packed week we have had in Little Cypress!
Year 5 had a fantastic start to the week as they got to experience a poetry workshop with, one of Cypress’ favourite authors and storytellers – Margaret Bateson-Hill.
We have had yet another busy and fun-packed week in Little Cypress!
What a fabulous week at Cypress! We began the week at the Upper by thinking about whether we plan for success.
