The league table of results for end-of-key stage tests will be published in December 2026.  Results below for 2026 are provisional.

Percentage of children making expected progress from KS1 to KS2 based on prior attainment

Progress scores are presented as positive and negative numbers and calculated by finding the average of pupils’ individual progress scores.  Progress measures based on prior attainment do not take account of the context of the school.

A score of 0 means pupils, on average, made the same progress at key stage 2 as those with similar prior attainment nationally.

A positive score means pupils, on average, made more progress at key stage 2 than those with similar prior attainment nationally.

A negative score means pupils, on average, made less progress at key stage 2 than those with similar prior attainment nationally.
