Pegasus Children’s Club
After school care is run by Extended Services Team and takes place in the Children’s Centre. Younger children will be taken to ASC by a member of staff.
Payment
New arrangements from September 2023
One session
3:15pm – 6pm £11.50
Late fine of £1 per minute past 6pm collection.
Current provision until end of July 2023
There are three tiers for payments:
Up to 4.30pm – £5.50 – no food will be provided
Up to 6.00pm – £11.00 – a light snack/tea will be provided
From 4.30pm – 6.00pm – £5.50 after an activity
Please note that any child collected after 4.30pm, irrespective of the number of minutes, will be charged the 6.00pm fee.
Any child collected after 6.00pm will be charged a late collection fee of £10 per 15 minutes or part thereof, irrespective of the number of minutes late. This must be settled by the following day so that your child can start re-attending ASC. Your child will not be able to attend ASC until the debt has been cleared.
If you need to contact the Extended Services Team team after 4.30pm you are running late, please call 020 8916 0522.
Booking in for after school childcare
Bookings should be made and paid for via your Magic Booking Account.

We can no longer accommodate late bookings at the end of the school day unless it is an emergency. This is because we want to ensure the safety of your child/ren placed in our care. Registers will be delivered to each class at lunchtime so that our staff are prepared for asc. Pegasus Children’s Club need to be aware of children’s medical/dietary requirements for all the children attending on each day and ensuring we have enough food for tea-time for the children in our care.
Cancellation
If you no longer need your child to attend a certain day, cancellation can be made via email to the Extended Services Team. You are unable to cancel via magic booking or through the school office. Please ensure cancellation is made by 12pm on the day otherwise you will still be charged for the booking.
