Pegasus Children’s Club

Breakfast & After school care is run by Extended Services Team and takes place in the Children’s Centre.

New arrangements from September 2024

One session –

Breakfast Club childcare begins at 7:30am £5 per session

After school childcare starts at 3:15pm – 6pm     £12 per session

Late fine of £1 per minute past 6pm collection.

If you need to contact the childcare service team after 4.30pm if you are running late, please call 020 8916 0522.

Booking in for after school childcare 

Bookings should be made and paid for via your Magic Booking Account.

There is a limit of 50 places per day.  If the required day is full, please contact Extended Services Team – Suzanne Christopher via email before 12pm schristopher@pegasusacademytrust.org or Sharene Marshall smarshall@pegasusacademytrust.org

We can no longer accommodate late bookings at the end of the school day unless it is an emergency. This is because we want to ensure the safety of your child/ren placed in our care. Registers will be delivered to each class at lunchtime so that our staff are prepared for asc. Pegasus Children’s Club need to be aware of children’s medical/dietary requirements for all the children attending on each day and ensuring we have enough food for tea-time for the children in our care.

Cancellation

If you no longer need your child to attend a certain day, cancellation is made by amending your dates on the booking you wish to cancel via magic booking. You are unable to cancel  through the school office. Please ensure cancellation is made by 12pm on the day otherwise you will still be charged for the booking.
