This week Year Two have come back to school and delved straight into a delightfully, disgusting tale! We have been reading ‘The Twits’ by Roald Dahl. We have been getting to know the characters Mr and Mrs Twit and learning about their cheeky behaviour. We found out that Mr Twit has a very bushy beard, in which he keeps grotesque morsels of food. We had fun describing his beard using exciting adjectives and we even made beards using different materials like tissue paper and string.
