This week, Year 2 at Whitehorse have loved finishing off their DT biscuit project. Having spent the past few weeks researching packaging, taste testing and designing our own biscuits, today was the day we got to bake them! For some of us, weighing out ingredients or rolling dough was a new skill to learn. We noticed how the ingredients combined and changed as they became more like dough and had to remain absorbed whilst we were mixing so that none of the ingredients ended up on the floor. Great British Bake Off, here we come!
