Today, Whitehorse Manor Junior School held their annual Remembrance Service. This Sunday marks 100 years since the Armistice was signed in November 1918, bringing an end to the First World War. Our children paid their respects by beautifully singing and reading hymns and songs. The children of Whitehorse Manor Juniors also completed an art project, in which they made their very own poppy out of foam. This was displayed at the front of the school. They worked very hard and it looked fantastic. Well done!
Thank you to all of the parents and friends of Whitehorse that attended the service today.
