Today, the choir performed the songs they recently sang on a trip to the local care home.

Over the past two weeks some excellent children’s assemblies have been conducted.

This is the presentation from the secondary transition meeting for parents in Year 4 and Year 5 led by MACs at Whitehorse Manor Junior school on 1st April 2019.

The meeting of the PCWG (Parents Communication Working Group) took place on the 8th February and was well attended with about 20 parents able to join us. 

Families and friends were entertained today with a fabulous assembly from Purple Class that gave an insight in to all the learning that happens in year 1. 

Last week we challenged you to take a photograph of your child reading a book in an unusual place! 

This week, year 6 have been studying Shakespeare.  Yesterday, we enjoyed a wonderful performance of both Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet staged at WHJUN by a theatre company. 

This week, the School Council delivered an assembly to the whole school on the importance of looking after our Earth and how participating in Earth Hour this week can help.

Thank you to all who donated recently to Comic Relief by coming to school wearing silly socks, the Red Nose Day t-shirt and Red Noses.
