Friday Fun Quiz – Around the house

After a week’s respite, we’re back again with another Friday Fun Quiz.  Well done to Mustafa who sent in a great set of answers for my children’s literature quiz. He even spotted an error in one of my questions.  For those of you who are still working it out, here are his answers.

1: The hungry caterpillar
2: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff,Ravenclaw and Slytherin
3: The Gruffalo –  as described by the mouse
4: Winnie the Pooh with his friends Eeyore, Kanga, Lottie,Owl, Piglet,Rabbit,Christopher Robin
Roo and Tigger
5: The tale of Mr Tod.  The World of Peter Rabbit and Friends.
6: Bruce Bogtrotter because he stole a slice of cake from Mrs Trunchbull’s cake.
7: Getafix
8: There is no character Alex in the story but  Max and the Wild Things had a royal rumpus. (The answer I was actually looking for was wild rumpus but you did a great job anyway)
9:The Adventures of Tintin
10: Charlie Bucket, Bucket is the surname.
Tie breaker
Bernard’s parents do not listen to him and he was eventually devoured by the monster.

This week, I’ve been looking around at home and noticing how so many products have  familiar branding and logos.

I’ve taken a few photos which just give us a glimpse of some everyday products and objects.  Can you work out what they are?

Please don’t judge me for all the unhealthy food stuffs in my home.  They’re not all mine!  As ever, you can send in your answers to the year group home learning pages or answer via your class blog.

Have fun and stay safe.

Mr Robins
