Our assembly on Monday was all about hope and time for change. We read Tomos Roberts’ poem ‘The Great Realisation’ and considered what the world has learnt over the past year and how we can use these lessons to live happier and healthier lives. A lot of our ideas linked to being Pegasus People who care; are proud of themselves and their actions; have good manners; are safe and happy and strive to be a great learners. We celebrated great Pegasus People today in our Gold Award Assembly; ‘well done’ to the following children who always demonstrate great team work:

We were so impressed with the excellent presentation skills, alliterative poetry, acrostic poems and beautiful art work from Indio class on Thursday when they took part in their first class assembly. Well done!
Last chance for your pupils to participate in The Big Ask
The Big Ask – the largest ever consultation with children in England – finishes this week. More than 500,000 children and young people, across thousands of schools, have had their say about what matters to them for their future. Does that include your Child? This week is the last chance for your child to make their voices heard and tell the government what they need in order to have a better future. The survey closes today on Friday 28 May.
