Children and staff have hugely enjoyed taking part in the No Pens Day initiative today. This national event run by the Communication Trust was the perfect opportunity to promote speaking and listening, while developing our social skills and giving free rein to our creativity!
Children in Reception classes have experienced using their finger tips on the paint wallets to practise number formation.
Children in Year 1 classes have made some moon buggies, in prevision of their Science museum visit, which will be focused on the first moon landing.
Children in Year 2 classes have constructed some Tudor houses, as part of their history topic on the Great Fire of London.
Thank you to all the parents who have supported this event.
