Yesterday the children at Beulah made a new friend called Buddy! During a special assembly that was lead by two visitors from the NSPCC we learnt that children have the right to : Speak out and be heard, to be safe and to get help when they need it. Buddy helped us to think about which grown ups we can talk to if we ever feel sad, worried or unsafe – both in school and out of school. We practiced signing and saying the Childline number 08001111. Look out for Buddy posters in our school.
