Pegasus win their football league

The boys of the Pegasus Academy football team managed to make it 18 un-beaten games as they booted their way to victory over St James the Great in the deciding matches of their Croydon Schools' Football League.  The two match top of the table clash saw Pegasus victorious by a 2 goal difference in both games, with 2-0 and 3-1 victories respectively.  On a day when it really did feel as if spring had sprung, they showed the neat skills and effective teamwork that make a winning team.  Next stop will be in the 'Champions League' of school leagues, with matches fixed against the other league winners from across the borough.
