EPS Christmas show opens to rave reviews

The EPS Christmas variety show is the talk of the town after an absolute corker of an opening performance.

The night kicked off with a bang when children from Asteroids class performed Katy Perry’s ‘Firework’ dressed in fairy lights. Later on there was a fantastic performance of ‘Last Christmas’ featuring live ukuleles. It contained a comic script joking about whether or not a child was going to get a part in the play the following year.

Elsewhere Meteors re-enacted ‘The Snowman’s party’ with a heartfelt dance routine full of winter magic. There were elves galore, santas, reindeers, some hilarious comperes and even a Mr Robins! A highlight was Year 6’s percussion / rap epic, ‘Djembe for Christmas’, written by our very own Mr Spoerer.

Many thanks to all the teaching staff and children for a fantastic production!
