On Wednesday, creativity and communication took over for the day at Beulah as the children took part in the No Pens Day initiative. This national event run by the Communication Trust was thoroughly enjoyed by all of the children and the staff! Our nursery children loved getting messy as they made a beautiful handprint rainbow. Reception classes practised number formation using their fingertips and paint wallets and they used printing to create patterns from different shapes. In preparation for their Science Museum trip, Year 1 children followed instructions to make their own moon buggies. Year 2 created amazing habitats for the animals that they have been learning about in science.
