In our assembly yesterday, we remembered all those affected by war, including the families of some of our staff and children. The children were very lucky to hear Mr Smith play ‘The Last Post’ on his trumpet to signify the end of the two minute silence and our choir finished the assembly by singing ‘Somewhere over a Rainbow’.
