We were delighted to present children with Rainbow Awards for their achievements across the curriculum in our virtual assembly on Friday. We all enjoyed hearing about the fabulous learning that had been taking place in all of our classrooms this week. Although each of our children deserved an award for returning to school with such enthusiasm and a real appetite for learning, the teachers had the difficult choice of choosing just a few from each class. Awards were given for many reasons including: the creation of an excellent ‘wanted’ poster asking us all to look out for Traction Man, children demonstrating great teamwork in class, challenging number bond work and several awards were presented where the children had shown they care about others. Well done to all of our Rainbow Children!
