EXCITING NEWS!
We will be taking part in Sustrans Big Pedal 2021 from the 19th – 30th April. The Big Pedal is the UK’s largest inter-school cycling, walking, wheeling and scooting challenge.
Active travel is very important for good health and the environment so we encourage all children and parents to join us in this challenge by travelling actively to school. Cycling, walking and scooting all count! From the 19th – 30th April, class teachers will be recording the number of children who have travelled to school actively.
Another incentive is the fabulous prizes to be won. If 15% of the school travels actively to school each day, we are automatically entered into a prize draw.
Grab your walking shoes, bikes and scooters and let’s be active together!
