Today year 4 took part in a food preparation safety session with two of our lovely Harrison Chefs. 

Whilst celebrating World Book Day, Year 6 children composed their own newspaper articles reporting on a number of extraordinary events involving their favourite superheroes.

In 4S this week, we have been creating our own gods and goddesses with special powers inspired by ancient Roman mythology. 

Ash class have been reading ‘Traction Man Is Here’ by Mini Grey and brought the story to life, acting out scenes and using props around the classroom.  

After a jam packed week of excitement and fun around all things book related we finished the week with one of the most colourful assemblies yet!

The children in Sun Class had heaps of fun dressing up for world book day!

Children can bring their poorly bike to school and have a bike mechanic check it and service it for free on Wednesday 13th March. 

‘Everybody in the place’ got a dance-tastic surprise when Alim Kamara popped in for a bit of running man action at 8.40 FUN!

Today all the children at Brigstock disappeared and in their place we had a school full of superheroes, villains and story book characters.
