BRIG-Chefs in training!

Today year 4 took part in a food preparation safety session with two of our lovely Harrison Chefs.  They worked with a range of vegetables in varying shapes, sizes and textures to practice their cutting skills.  They were taught a number of techniques in holding and positioning knives safely during food preparation.  Jaimie Oliver would have been very proud of their sensible approach to the session!
